Company members are the shareholders of the business. This screen lists all the members. The  button allows changes to be made to the details of the particular member.

If there is a dividend declaration it is possible to email the tax voucher certificate directly to individual members. An email address can be added in the maintenance screen.

The  button indicates an email address exists.The  button indicates no email address has been added.
