This screen is used to record outstanding invoices and credit notes for a customer
at the time a new business is set up on Liberty Accounts.

Select invoice or credit note from the list. This is required.
ReferenceEnter unique invoice or credit note reference. This is required.
DateEnter the date of the invoice or credit note. This can be done manually (e.g 19/12/2002) or click on calendar icon to select date from the calendar. This is required.
Tax PointEnter the tax point date for this invoice or credit note if different from the document date. If you do not enter a date the document date will be used when you submit your changes. This can be done manually (e.g 19/12/2002) or click on calendar icon to select date from the calendar. This is required.
Due DateEnter the date that this invoice or credit note is due. This can be done manually (e.g 19/12/2002) or click on calendar icon to select date from the calendar. This is required.
Net AmountEnter the net amount of this invoice or credit note. This is required.
VAT CodeEnter the VAT code for this invoice or credit note. This is required.
Vat AmountEnter the vat amount of this invoice or credit note. This is required.
