Pop-Up Blockers

Popup blockers have become a common feature of many browsers, browser toolbar add-ins, and internet security software suites. They allow users to prevent websites from opening new windows (usually adverts) without permission.

Because Liberty Accounts uses popup windows in the application to present reports, help and other information to the user while keeping the originating page available, you will need to ensure that Liberty Accounts is permitted to open popups by your browser and any other software that is monitoring for popups.

We recommend you refer to the appropriate user guides or use Google to search for instructions on how to enable popups for your browser, browser toolbar, or internet security suite.

You will need to permit popups for the "secure.libertyaccounts.com" domain.

Note that if you have your browser and a browser toolbar add-in such as Google Toolbar set to block popups, you will need to permit popups for the "secure.libertyaccounts.com" domain in both layers of software as they do not seem to pay any attention to each others permitted domains list.
