This transaction is used to record a miscellaneous deposit of funds.
Select the account for which the miscellaneous deposit is to be recorded.
Transaction Date
The date of the transaction. Dates can either be entered manually or selected
from the pop-up calendar by clicking on the
icon.
Dates must be entered in the format DD/MM/YYYY, for example, 21/1/2000.
If appropriate you can use this drop down list to associate a receipt of funds with an employee, company/LLP member, or a tax authority.
To associate a receipt with a customer or supplier simply choose the trade debtor or trade creditor account as appropriate when completing the detail section.
ReferenceThe reference to be associated with the transaction.
Deposit ToSelect the account to which the funds are to be deposited.
