Aged Debtors Report
The Aged Debtors Report allows you to view by customer all amounts falling due in 30 day ageing buckets.
As At Date
Enter or select a date for which you want to run the report. This will normally be run as a 'current date' report, but it can also report on the state of debtors at a point in history.
Enter the dates manually or click on the calendar icon to select date from calendar.
When entering dates manually, a date guessing routine speeds up the input by taking the user input and assuming the missing month and or year based on the current date as the user leaves the field.
- User enters 15 or 15/ and tabs - field displays 15/current month/current year
- User enters 15/9 or 15/9/ and tabs - field displays 15/9/current year
Include Journals
The report may be selected to include any journals posted to customer accounts.
Branch/Fund
The report may also be filtered by Branch/Fund where the feature is being used.
Report By Due Date/Invoice date
The Aged Debtors report is normally run using the invoice due date to group receipts due into 30 day buckets. Businesses that use invoice discounting or factoring services may need to run the report using the invoice date to group receipts due.
Report Mode (Detail or Summary)
Two versions of the report are available - the detail report displays details of the documents that make up the balances while the summary report just shows the aged totals for each customer.
Select List
Click on the green … symbol to select one or more items for the report. If “All” (the default) is selected then the report is generated containing all appropriate items.
