Donations
This screen is used to display a list of donations.
The selection criteria box may be used to locate a particular donation.
Click EDIT to view/modify details relating to a donation.
If a donation has not been bank reconciled or already included in a gift aid claim it may be deleted by clicking DELETE.
Click on the ADD or ADD DONATION buttons (scroll to base of page if necessary) to add a donation.
Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme (GASDS)
In order to ensure that GASDS (Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme) donations are included in any GASDS claim a special system Donor is used. Allocate any small cash donations that are to be included to the donor .GASDS
For small cash donations that are not to be included in a GASDS claim, select the donor .NON-GASDS. This may be where the cash amount from an individual donor exceeds £20.00
