Add Activity

This screen is used to create and edit an activity associated with the organisation.

Active

If this tickbox is un-ticked an activity will be considered inactive. Deactivate an activity if you do not want them to appear in drop-down lists.

Activity Name

Enter the Activity name as you would like it to appear in drop-down lists.

Default

Clicking this box will designate this Department as the default in entering transactions. It of course may be amended as required when the transaction is created.

Description

Add a description of the activity if required.

Activity code

An activity code may be set up for use when using data import facilities.
