Add GASDS Community Building

This screen is used to create and edit community building details details.

Top up cash collections under GASDS collected in community buildings will be included in gift aid claims provided details of the building have been entered here and the building selected when the donation is added. The details are sent to HMRC when the claim is submitted.

Building Name

Enter a name for the building. This name will appear in selection drop-downs

Building Code

Enter a code for the building. This would normally only be needed if you are using the donations import feature to load any GASDS donations and have selected community buildings election. It will allow you to associate GASDS donations with a community building in the import file.
