Email Queue
The screen lists emails sent by the system. The list may be filtered by date, associated counterparty or the document type contained within the email.
Where the email is sent with a link to the shared document, the system will indicate the date, time, and ip address from which the document was opened if the link has been clicked by the recipient. The list can be filtered by unopened emails by ticking the Unopened box.
Recipients of linked documents can open the document for 12 months from the date sent.
Email queue history is currently retained for 36 months from the date sent (NB this was increased from 12 months in October 2022).
Use the Action Menu to Retry sending an email that has failed to send or Delete any email that is not yet sent.
