Payroll Employee Data

This screen allows the production of payroll employee data reports for all or selected employees

The report displays all the data currently held for an employee that is being used in payroll processing and RTI submissions.

In addition to a printable pdf the report can be exported into Excel or as a CSV file.

Select List

Click on the green … symbol to select one or more items for the report. If 'All' (the default) is selected then the report is generated containing all appropriate items.

Where it is necessary to make amendments to any of the information this will be done from the payroll menu: -
