New User Creation

If you have a Controller Role for an entity you can create a new user for that entity from inside the entity, so that there is no requirement for your additional user to register on the system first.

Note Controller Role is initially given to the user who creates the entity on the system in the first place.

On the screen enter a user name and select an initial role from the drop-down box. Also add first name, last name and a valid e-mail address.

The user creating the new user will receive an email with a system-generated password. If the 'Suppress email to New User' box was not ticked the new user will receive the same email. Subsequently, by going to User Profile from the Entity menu the password can be amended by the new user.
