Company Members
The screen list exiting company members.
Company members are the shareholders of the business. This screen lists all the members. The EDIT button allows changes to be made to the details of the particular member.
If there is a dividend declaration it is possible to email the tax voucher certificate directly to individual members. An email address can be added in the maintenance screen as well as the type of document delivery; as a link or as an attachment.
Click on the red + symbol to add a new member.
