Company Member Maintenance
This screen is used to add and maintain member (shareholder) details
The SUBMIT button stores the modified data.
Display Name
The display name is used in dropdown selections and in reports. In particular in the dividend declaration process and on the dividend tax vouchers and member share balance report.
The name can be constructed by entering Title, First Name and Last Name; for instance for a private individual shareholder. Or for a corporate shareholder the name is entered directly into the Display Name field.
E-mail Address
Enter an email address if required.
This email address can be used to send dividend tax vouchers when the company makes a dividend declaration. Select how a document is sent either as an attachment to the email or as a link to the document.
