Add Site

This screen is used to create and edit a Site associated with the organisation.

Active

If this tickbox is un-ticked a site will be considered inactive. Deactivate a site if you do not want them to appear in drop-down lists.

Site Name

Enter the site name as you would like it to appear in drop-down lists.

Site code

A site code may be set up for use when using data import facilities.

Default

Where the site contact details are to be used on sales documents, clicking this box will designate this Site as the default. It of course may be amended as required when the document is created.

Use Site Name as Business Name on Sales Documents

Select this box to pick up this Site Name as the business name for Sales document purposes.

Use Site Contact Details on Sales Documents

Select this box to pick up this Site Contact details for Sales document purposes.

Contact Details

Enter contact details as required.

When complete click SUBMIT to store the information and selections.
