Group Organisation
A Not-for-Profit group organisation allows for the aggregation of data from those organisations included in the group to prepare consolidated reports. For example a joint benefice/council, or a charity group.
Whilst the group and its users can produce reports from the aggregated data, it (and they) do not have access to the accounts of the individual entities.
There is no particular limits to the number of entities that can be included in a group; however each entity must exist on the system. Group organisations themselves can also be included in another group organisation and so on to produce reports at multiple layers in an hierarchy.
