Year End Spreadsheet - Rounding

Exact values from Liberty Accounts are applied in the spreadsheet so that the reported values in the internal Liberty Accounts reports and the external spreadsheet match. However, because the presentation uses rounded values the sums may contain a rounding difference because they are a summation of the exact values and that is again rounded for presentation.

Liberty Accounts has limited ability to control the format of your generated output, but if you see this problem, there is an option in Excel you can set (the same is likely available in other spreadsheet applications).

In Excel if you do as follows:

Use this advanced setting to change cell values to match their visible formatting "Set Precision as Displayed"

  2. Click on the Advanced tab on the left
  3. Scroll down to the When calculating this workbook section
  4. ick the box for Set precision as displayed and click OK
