Activities List
The system allows for any transactions to be analysed to an Activity. This is in addition to Departments.
Once Activities have been set up, each time a transaction is created then an activity may be selected and once submitted the transaction will be analysed to that activity.
Activity Reporting
Individual Activity Income and Expenditure reporting is available by selecting the Activity on the relevant report.
This screen is used to display a list of activities associated with an entity.
The action box symbol gives access to the following actions.
- Open
- to view/modify details relating to the Activity.
- Delete
- to remove the Activity, only possible if there are no associated transactions.
Click the red + symbol to add a new Activity. The Add Activity screen is presented.
