The system allows for any transactions to be analysed to an Activity. This is in addition to Branches or Funds for Not-for-Profit entities. Activity analysis can be anything helpful to the user, e.g. Projects both long and short term, charitable activity or particular business activity.
Once Activities have been set up, each time a transaction is created then an activity may be selected and once submitted the transaction will be analysed to that activity.
Activity Income and EXpenditure reporting is available from the Reports menu.
Reports - Income/Expenses - Income & Expense - Select the relevant Activity
This screen is used to display a list of activities associated with an entity.
Click on EDIT button to view/modify details relating to a activity. Click the red + symbol to add a new activity. The Add Activity screen is presented.
