Departments List
The system allows for any transactions to be analysed to an Department. This is in addition to Activities.
Once Departments have been set up, each time a transaction is created then a department may be selected and once submitted the transaction will be analysed to that department.
Department Reporting
Individual Department Income and Expenditure reporting is available by selecting the Department on the relevant report.
This screen is used to display a list of Departments associated with the organisation.
The action box symbol gives access to the following actions.
- Open
- to view/modify details relating to the Department.
- Delete
- to remove the Department, only possible if there are no associated transactions.
Click the red + symbol to add a new Department. The Add Department screen is presented.
